When you think of Tagaytay, you usually want to chill, relax, eat at well-known spots. Enjoying the slow pace is what's on the itinerary usually not exactly the nightlife.*Queue in* Adverb Gastropub.

Owned and operated by a group of young and talented Tagaytay millenials from diverse fields (Tourism, Medical, Wellness, Service and Food), a gastropub is what they wanted to bring into Tagaytay. Fun, vibrancy, entertainment a.k.a partying which is usually synonymous with Manila. To which I completely agree with!
There're also seating areas outside.
The new bar located at Summit Ridge Promanade is open all week long for brunch, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner as well as after dinner munchies. They serve moderately priced 'comfort food' that you can enjoy along with tunes from live bands and DJs.

The wings were served hot, but were a little dry.

The patties were a touch too salty for my taste. The greens were fresh though!
Gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp)
Quick Quesadilla - Another hit!
Nimble Nachos - Lots of toppings so it was pretty good as well :)
Zippy Potatoes (Potato balls/hashbrowns).
Can't go wrong with some taters + Marinara sauce.
